Among the ingredients that Sushi Furusato Delivery uses in its dishes, fresh
raw fish such as the following are used: pink salmon from the south of Chile,
white fish such as sole, sea bream, warsaw and atherine; seafood such as jumbo
shrimps, octopus and smoked salmon; fresh vegetables, exotic fruit, spices,
seasonings and the heart of the sushi: vinegary rice (shari).

The menu includes appetizers, exquisite
Japanese dishes, variety of maki (rice rolls wrapped in Nori
seaweed), California Rolls, New York Rolls, variety of nigiri
(fish on rice canapé), sashimi (fresh fish) and sushi/sashimi
combinations for one or more persons.
Shapely wooden chopsticks in their individual
holders and dressings such as the classic Japanese Yamasa
soy sauce, wasabi (native Japanese plant whose root is grated
to get a green creamy texture with a distinctive and very
hot taste), pickled ginger and root vegetable are delivered
with every order.
The food is presented in delicate disposable
trays suitable to set on the table. The product is delivered
with plastic top and covered with film paper to keep intact
the freshness of the sushi, which is delivered immediately
after its preparation, enhancing its quality. The hot dishes
are delivered with double thermal containers.
This wide variety of dishes can be accompanied
with typical beverages such as the sake (alcoholic drink
extracted from the rice), or japanese beer.
Its boutique offers a wide variety of tableware
such as porcelain saucers for the soy sauce, porcelain chopstick
holders and a complete variety of japanese tableware to dress
your table.
