We offer all the variety of sushi snacks
that we present on an artistically decorated
GUETA (lacquered wooden board).
The boards include: makis (rice rolls
wrapped in nori seaweed), nigiris (fish on
rice canapés), sashimi (fresh fish) and
the classic California rolls (kani kama,
avocado and kiuri - Japanese cucumber) and
New York rolls (salmon, avocado and kiuri
– Japanese cucumber).
We offer the option of cooked sushi
assortment with vegetables, cooked smoked
fish and seafood for those guests who
don't dare to try fresh raw fish.
In order to require the catering
service, the minimum order consists of
two boards.
Estimate about one board every 4 to 6
guests.

create and send you our love for this
cuisine.

 We dress your table
We accompany our catering service with table
mats, shapely wooden chopsticks in their
individual holders and chinaware specially
designed for these events: porcelain saucers
that hold soy sauce and bottle with little
cups to drink sake. The chinaware is given
as a loan (free).
 Seasoning
To season the sushi we include, to your
order, dressings like the classic Japanese
Yamasa soy sauce, the wasabi (very hot green
root) and ginger.
Beverages
The service can be complemented with typical
beverages such as sake and/or Japanese
beer.( Asahi, Kirin, Kirin light and
Sapporo)
Delivery
The boards will arrive at your home about 15
and 30 minutes before the event starts,
covered with film paper in a thermal
refrigerator to keep intact its freshness
and high quality. |
